忙里偷闲

今天下午上完课,想想还有好多事情要做,但是什么都先放下,好好过个周末再说.

于是和潇潇、斯燕去西城的UME国际影院看电影，迈阿密风云，真的不推荐。但是可能是大家知道它不好看吧，只有我们三个人，于是就一会暴吃啊，一会把脚翘起来啊，一会跑来跑去啊，还爬上最后一排往投影上，潇潇做孔雀手势（太没创意啦……），我跳拉丁，把手势也投影在上面，嘎好玩的~

说得我们有点嚣张了，那确实是这样的。以致我们出去的时候看看我们留下的垃圾，想想刚才的举动，听到服务员笑脸盈盈说欢迎下次再来的时候，都有点不好意思了。

然后吃得更夸张。

先是在电影院吃了大桶的爆米花，大果粒的酸奶。对了，超市里这个酸奶送小人的勺子，我和斯燕都买了，于是两个小人勺子连起来，好可爱……

然后吃韩国料理~石锅拌饭，凉面，炒年糕。实在吃不下了，她们还要继续奋斗，我就只吃了点潇潇的甜筒，快乐得颓废了。回来还不错过美食节，不过没买什么，去神农买了猫耳朵。

哈哈，现在在线帮Member们一起过insight XP考试，真的很开心。

好好休息下，明天继续奋斗！

啤酒游戏

今天在草地上和小组的同学一起玩啤酒游戏，一个人做零售商，一个人做批发商，一个人做制造商。真有意思。
啤酒游戏是MIT的sloan管理学院在60年代开始玩的经典游戏，演绎出供应链管理的一个困境，一个结构化思考的困境，在每个人都力求避免震荡的时候偏偏每个人都在扩大振幅，一次需求的增加使上游的供应商遭到了库存上两个极端的境地。
有兴趣可以Google一下。

Today we have a team bonding with AIESEC old members.
We cooked in a rented house and buy all the materials before hand.
I was sooooo happy to see that all the dishes are swept away, including mine!
Anyway, don't forget to say, Fish Mummy is a good cook.
And, I have improved a lot~!

Feedback from RIC(Regional Induction Conference)
I am so happy to have another Induction Conference in my AIESEC life.
 
I still remember my NIC(National) and my faci Echo from RUC(Renmin University of China)was really energetic, she organized us so well.
 
Induction Conference gave me first SHOCK from AIESEC and I fell in love with AIESEC, I was so proud to be one of it. In that conference I got to know LC members from our LC and other LCs from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangdong. I got to know what AIESEC is and what change she can bring us.
 
Thanks to my NIC ,I am so passionate in my AIESEC job!
 
So this time, I applied to be a facilitator and I realized my dream. But what I really regret is that in that way I had so little time with you all-our dearest new members.
 
As I said, why I like AIESEC is that for me, it always show challenge and role models. This time I played a different role and learned more.    
 
In my NIC I kept giving out my cards although I don’t know many of them when I counted the cards after the conference. Now I spend more time with my new friends, esp. in my home group, I got to know them. When we play games, besides giving tips, I try to observe everybody. Getting to know people by observing them is something I lake. We built good relationship, I was so happy to hear from them after the conference-One of our home group members even sent all of us our contacting information, I was too excited to save that.
 
I also try to communicate more with people I met, I have deeper understanding about AIESEC and ICX work from different perspectives. For example, Emma give me much advice on who to run ICX business. Communication with other ICXers can sometimes lighten us up!
 
I like the funny simulation most. We facis prepared it just before the performance-after lunch, but it retuned out to be such a big success. The efficiency is due to Fish’s excellent organization, Adil’s excellent acting skills, our persistent exercise and learning from feedbacks.
 
I think in AIESEC, I learned two words-EXPECRTATION and FEEDBACK. We always have expectations before an activity and feedbacks after. In this way we collect more opinions from different perspectives and make any necessary changes. In this way, we are always improving.
 
During my conference, I found time-controlling is something I am weak in. I am now paying more attention to improve it.
 
Really, conference is something I am sure to receive a lot that I expected and unexpected, I love CONFERENCE!
 
Everyone, we just had the start, just enjoyed the start, more challenging work is waiting for us. Keep up your spirit and show yourself in later learning and work!

哎呀，这样不行啊，随便玩玩又1点了，一上blog就懒得顾时间了，不可以这样自残啊。眼睛长了点什么东西，好疼。

童翼飞这个点了还给我打电话，竟然还是从北京同学打到上海同学再打到同在自尽港的我，呵呵，还是打我最便宜：）

Wanna participate on a CEED!

Wanna participate on a CEED(Cultural Exchange Envoy Development)!
Firstly, I think I have something to share and I’d like to. I have some experience from AIESEC and that from other associations I used to take responsibilities in. I am good at communication and always eager to share with my friends. I think I can take some responsibility in MCs or LCs in other countries.
 Secondly, I want to experience life-especially AIESEC life in other parts of the world, I hope I can have the opportunity to make friends in totally new places.
 Being a CEED is also a good chance to promote our country and University, our MC and LCs. I want other MCs and LCs to know what is present China like and where lies the most beautiful lake-West Lake, and so on. I hope I can see the meeting of different cultures and traditions.
 What I have to mention is that our LCP-Fish used to be a CEEDer in Turkey for a month, after her telling about her unique experiences, I am moved by the friendship among she and her Turkish friends. This time, in the Regional Induction Conference in Shanghai I met an Indian CEEDer Adil who become my good friend in such a short time. These two “cases” enhance my eagerness to participate on a CEED.
 In a word, I think to be a CEED is beneficial for both sides, I really appreciate it very much.

早起

今天早起了，就吃了东2的美食，感觉好满足。
和Uvoli一起吃早饭，好久没有一起吃了。
也碰到好多勤快的同志们。
思考自己一天的安排，准备好好给ICX的同志们开第一次会，想到看到大家的样子就很激动啊~拉拉拉~

考试又临近了，下下周就开始了

P&G的实习生申请竟然在英语环节被唰了...
Anyway,收获不少：我需要锻炼承受压力的能力，压力下迅速思考和估算的能力，英语听力。
简历的外表不重要，关键的是写进去的每一项都是Unique的。
更重要的不是简历怎么去写，而是构成简历中的亮点的核心能力，譬如领导力和沟通能力，需要现在好好去锻炼。

现在抓紧录问卷。大家做调研都辛苦了。上周末去上海开会，没有陪大家一起做，很不爽，所以希望后面的工作上多承担一些。
逛了大家的blog，都写了好多，想不到我出去一趟回来就发生了这么多事情，看到606都积极写blog，于是觉得有自己的role model的作用在，呵呵，不妨这样假设好了。但是最近就我最不勤快了：（

赞，菊青姐姐在校运动会上夺得5000米第三名，成了管理学院本次运动会上唯一一个夺牌的英雄，真是太让人骄傲了！
当初说全寝室报5000米的时候，也是觉得趁年轻气盛，给大家一笔拼搏的回忆好了，结果我因为要去conference没报，潇潇因为不知道自己的实力随便报了个个人最好成绩结果因为名额不足被唰了，倒~0子也没报，这就没有什么成文的理由了，要罚，哈哈。
不过潇潇又要在健美操比赛中大现光彩了，加油，这次我终于可以去加油了~！606是最棒！
